The PDF link there doesn't work for me, and if it's one thing that eBook people should know by now it's that black text on a white screen does not in any way equal black ink on white paper. Forget the resolution issue (72ppi vs. 300+dpi), though that's part of it, but the fact that staring at 99% white on your screen is basically staring at a light and is something that's generally not pleasant to do for hours at a time. Which is why stuff on the web is best handled in chunks of data (like, say, blogs) and longer text material better have a friggin' .pdf link that works so I can print it out.
(Computer crashed in the middle of my geekrant above, and it not only published the comment but... added... "Dave."
Oops, have to go. The computer is telling me I have a few dogs to burn down. I'm sure it meant to say houses/buildings, but mine is not to reason why.)
Alright, I'll get you a real copy of the damn book. I just thought that you might actually read it if it were connected to your beloved computer and not just stupid stupid print.
